My Christmas Eve was pretty much awesome. My cousins (the Hudocks) were in town for a big part of Christmas break and it was so much fun to hang out with them and the Esplins. We had Chrismas Eve at my grandmas house and had a ball. One of our family's traditions is that the grandkids always act out the nativity. This year I was Mary, Christian was Joseph and my cute adorable new niece Lydia was baby Jesus...
Olive and Penelope were the angels...
Laura, Raya and Saul were the wise men...
and Gabe was a lonesome shepherd being surprised and scared by angel Gabriel...
Then we sang some Christmas songs and Clark, Laura and Raya played beautifully for us.
One of the highlights of the night was Clark sitting on the back of the couch and suddenly falling off...
I got a picture of it.
It was also thrilling just to have Harriet, Naomi and Penelope there to play with.

The Hudocks left :( But now My aunt Jennie is in town with my cute little cousin Dalton. I'm excited.

I love your pictures! We acted out the Christmas story to (although it was just my nephew Ethan and Jessica). I was the narrator this year. It was pretty funny when my sister-in-law and mother-in-law ran into the room all silly like when I read about the shepherds making "great haste" to see the baby... I miss you all and am glad you had a good Christmas! (P.S. I guess Raya is really your cousin...I saw her in your pictures...) (P.P.S. you're not talking in class are you?!? :)
Oh my goodness Lydia is so cute!!!!!! By the way I like your new blog background.
You should come to my house and i can show you even more pictures of her!
